Refund Policy

BCI Transportation will refund the entire amount for services booked if cancelled before 48 hours of the time and date of received payment for the booked service.
 

If the booked service is cancelled within 48 hours of the time and date of the received booked service, the client will forfeit 20% of the total sale as a cancellation fee to BCI Transportation.

To cancel a booked service, you must email us at bcitranspo@gmail.com OR call our business line at (952) 299-9192.
 

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE REFUND POLICY IN IT’S ENTIRETY YOU MUST STOP THE TRANSACTION IMMEDIATELY.
BY ACCEPTING THIS RETURN POLICY, YOU ABIDE BY OUR POLICY.
